Monocar offers to carefully read the text of the Public Offer, and in case of disagreement with any item, it is proposed to abandon the Services provided under the terms of this Offer, not to install (install) apps Monocar or remove the installed Mobile Application.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Monocar collects personal data provided by passengers and drivers through the website monocar.com.ua, Mobile applications "Monocar" in order to provide customers with services ordered by them.
Data collections and uses:
User profile. We collect data when a user creates or updates a Monocar account. This information may include name, e-mail address, telephone number, profile photo, government-issued identity documents, including those containing a driver's license number, date of birth, signature, and photograph. In addition, this data contains information about the vehicle or driver insurance, as well as user settings. We can use photos to verify their identities, for example using face identification technology.
Demographics. We may collect demographic information about users, including through surveys.
User content. We collect information that users submit when contacting Monocar Support, providing ratings and positive feedback about users. This data may contain reviews, photos or other records collected by users.
Location. We collect accurate or approximate location data from user mobile devices if they have given permission to do this. Monocar collects data when the application is running on a mobile device in active mode (the application is open and displayed on the screen), in the background mode (the application is open, but not displayed on the screen). Сollection of this data is used to ensure the safety and comfort of the ride and help them navigate to pick up a spot.
Complaint information.
Device. We may collect information about the devices used to access our service, including hardware model, device IP address, operating systems and versions, software, language settings, unique device IDs, ad IDs, serial numbers, device movements and mobile network data. .
Messaging. We allow users to communicate with each other in mobile applications. For example, we allow users to send messages to each other (usually by anonymizing their phone numbers). Monocar can use this data to analyze, support users (in particular, to resolve disputes between users), increase security, improve products and services.
How we use personal data:
Monocar collects and uses data to enable reliable and comfortable travel. We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Improving the security and protection of our users and services.
Providing user support.
Research and development.
Opportunity for users to communicate with each other.
Sending advertising and other messages to users.
Combining passengers with the driver and helping them to move more efficiently.
Use geolocation data to solve service issues.
Personal data may also be processed on other legal grounds, in particular in connection with the investigation and detection of fraud or other violations of the law.
In some cases, when connecting to the Website, Monocar may automatically (without registration) receive technical information that is not personal data. This information includes the type of Internet browser, the type of computer operating system, and the domain name of the Internet site that accessed the web site.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The terms of this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Issues not regulated by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of this Agreement are declared invalid or have no legal force, it does not affect the validity or applicability of other provisions of this Agreement.
DATA ACCESS
Personal data of passengers are disclosed only to the driver through the Mobile application; in this case, the driver will see the name and geolocation data of the passenger.
Personal data of the driver are disclosed only to the passenger / passengers who take part in the trip through the Mobile application; in this case, the passenger will see the name, car data and geolocation data of the driver.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during the provision of services is sent and stored in data centers. Monocar will take appropriate measures to access personal data only authorized by "Monocar" persons to ensure the functioning of the "Monocar" Service.
Geolocation information is processed anonymously and personalized only if necessary to resolve complaints or detect fraud.
For research. For marketing and research purposes, personal data is used in an impersonal (anonymized) form.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
The owner of personal data can access and update their personal data through the Mobile application.
STORAGE
Personal information is stored as long as you have an active account. If the account is deleted, personal data will be deleted from the database, unless this data is necessary to resolve complaints or prevent fraud.
INFORMATION, AUTOMATICALLY PLACED ON THE COMPUTER - COOKIES
When you visit the Website, “Monocar” may store some information on the User's computer. This information will take the form of cookies (small data files that are sent to your computer's hard drive from the sites you visit) or similar and can be useful in solving various tasks. For example, Cookies help to customize the Website to best suit the interests and needs of the user. With most Internet browsers, a user can delete cookies from their hard drive, block any storage, or receive notifications that they will be saved. DELETE
Deletion of personal data is possible only if you delete the relevant account and Mobile application. As a result, it is not possible to use the Mobile Application due to an account that has been deleted.
CONSIDERATION OF APPEALS
Monocar will respond within a month to any request for personal data sent by e-mail. Appeals will be considered only if it is possible to identify the applicant.
MARKETING
Monocar may use existing email addresses and / or telephone numbers to send marketing messages only with the consent of the Website or the Mobile Application.
If you do not want to receive marketing messages, you can use the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the message or in the profile of the Mobile application.
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
All disputes and differences that may arise in the course of implementation of this Agreement will be resolved by the Parties through negotiations. Written requests should be sent to support@mono.cab
If it is impossible to settle the differences between the Parties, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the established jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
